Delay in payment in deathclaim

Sir, im son of late s.a.srinivasa rao who died on 30-09.

he is a policy holder of lic with 3 policies they are 382661640,

382694578, 382693092. We are resident of raigarh (c.g).

it has been nearly one and half year since his death but hadnt recieved any response form lic though we have completed all the formalities. i had already complained to ombudsman raipur but it is useless.i hope at least u would respond to this complaint.

the present status of policies are: LIC HEAD OFFICE RAIPUR.
