I m not satisfied with LIC BAL VIDHYA PLAN as norms I m not getting my amount

Respected Sir,

I Vipul Patel, residing at the above address, Before 6 years I had taken a plan for my Daughter from LIC, Plan name - " BAL VIDHYA PLAN WITHOUT PROFIT "

Proposal No. & Date :- 6743 - 26-03-03.

Policy No. & Commencement :- 863065546. - 28/03/03.

Branch office :- Nanpura CBO-10/ Surat.

Sir, as per the Policy terms, rules, contract, Information, given in the joining LIC Insurance Joining form, It was term as my Daughter (Beneficiary), will get sum amount of Rs. 750/- from 28/04 to 28/03. i.e. 1 % of sum assured, starting from 28/04. as per this term, I have got Rs. 750/- till this Date, 28/03.

But as per term From 28/04 to 28/03. My daughter (Beneficiary) will get Rs. 1500/- . i.e, 2 % of sum assured, Sir This amount they are not giving me, it is clearly written in policy papers that beneficiary should get 2%. But they are giving me, only Rs. 750/-. Instead of Rs.1500/-.

About this matter, I have complaint them in written, on Date 18/06. they have given us response Reply on date 25/07. The Letters Details are, date on Letter 17/07. Letter Refrence no :- claim/cjl. they says that you will get Sum amount Rs. 1500/- from 28/04. Instead of from 28/04. they are not giving the proper reason and reply, that why fom this date you will be giving?

Sir Kindly pay attention to my above complaint, I will be much Thankfull, if you Honestly give me proper Justice. I have much expectations from you as a reliable and honest firm, helping the society, in their needs.

Please do the needfull work as fast as possible.
