I am not satisfied from your service

I have a policy on the name of My wife Beenu agarwal, BEEMA GOLD policy with taken in the year 2006 from LIC, as it is a money back policy, it has got its first premium payment due date on 28.03. My freind have visited the branch office Bhilwara (Raj) where I have taken the policy, to ask about claim of policy amount, official told not to do any process they will automatically send me that cheques for the amount to my address. but I have not received the cheque yet. I work at Silvassa, and I can not go arround the LIC office.

We invest the money only with hope that we get them in time of need of this the case with the insurance which so famous & popular people will lose trust and hope.
