NOT SETTLED THE CLAIM TILL DATE

Our office have been submitted my mediclaim including claim form send to the new india insurance co limited but I have not been received the claim till date and not setteled the claim till date. Without any reason the claim have been repudated by TPA.So it is requested that my claim may be settled immidiately.
