Commission credited without mentioning me to bank

I am agent with LIC of India branch at Bhiwadi-Rajasthan.
Renewal commisssion have not paid for many years by LIC to me my agent code no. is 02125195.
After sending many letters lic did not respond.
On sending Legal notice through my advocate, they have responded that the commission for three years have been deposited with Corporation bank, Bhiwadi- (alwar) rajasthan)
The account was opened in my name without informing me.
The bank is not cooperating /paying me the said amount.
Can bank open such type of a/c without individual's consent?
There is no information from bank nor LIC when asked how to get my commission money from that bank.
