Wrong intimation of dishonoured cheque

I have deposited premium of month november of Policy No-121407489 on date 20-11-07 by Cheque No-907415 of amount Rs. 2849.00 vide receipt number is 76182 dated 20-11-07. This cheque has been cleared from my a/c No-10097224093 of SBI, Nand Nagri, Delhi on 22-11-07.

But Branch Manager (Branch 11-B, Sakarpur) sent me an information of dishonored cheque vide no.-903 dated 31-01-08.

I had intimated to Branch Manager several times in writing along with the copy of my bank statement and I intimated Divisional Manager (CRM), Delhi Division II also on dt 19-08-08, but no action has been taken till now and my policy stands lapse till date.
