Online premium payment not updated

I have done online payment of my LIC policy premium (policy no.123815179) thru ICICI Netbanking of amt.

5238/- on dated-07/10/08 my a/c successfully debited. but no detail found thru lic india website regarding this premium rect. and payment paid history. kindly let me know abt my money where it's credited or any return is in transit? detail of my a/c statement is attached in file.

also narration in my a/c statemnt is-BIL/000077334898/lic premium-12381517/NA-L340

pls give information -ASAP
