Sir,

I am the customer of reliance (life time pre paid). Last month i recharged 496 STD plan, the expiry date was 18.10.08. Today morning i recharged again 496 plan, after recharging only myself and the retailer came to know the plan was cancelled last month itself. Then i called your customer care officer regarding this, they advised me to go retailer to revert back the money or chenge plan (490). Then i approched the retailer reg this, he called your customer care officer since morning to reverse back money and to change the plan, evening up to 7 pm cus care officer telling please call after one hour, they are repeating the same dialogue. After 24 hours i may loose my money.
