Non Payment of Pension Maturity even after 8 months

Myself cleared all the Due Premiums in respect of Policy no.415333236, which matured in dec.2008.
But till date No pension been effected till date 12.08.09, in spite of many personal /agent persuatios.
LIC has enlarged the Customer base, without giving proper attention to the Customer support/ service side, and were suffering from High headed ness, and because of once monopoly in the market have given a lot of pain to their customers and allowed other players as well as competitors to come in the Country and lost the Business, - But still the Bureucrats are not trying to improve the situation.
onthe other hand though they are enjoying with the Cutomers's money but neglect them and misbehave with their honoured customer - which need be dealt with strict and penal action.
