No debited ECS payment in my saving account

Dear Sir/ Madam,

My policy No.124591347 dt.31.10.08 of ULIP Plan No.188 Branch 12K, Laxami Nagar, Delhi.

My Policy under payment in ECS but no ECS debit in my account. We have deposited two time cheques. My Saving account in ICICI Bank Ltd. My saving account No.000701025192 and MICR No.110229002 in my name Anup Goel. Please check the stutas of ECS and debit in my account premium regularly.

My account balance is sufficent always.
