Non receipt of payments and dues

I Bijaya Laxmi Mahapatra w/o late Jugal Kishore Mahapatra have not received the pension plan which my husband used to receive in form of cheques. After his death on april 17 i after submitted all the required documents including the death certificate as well as my identity proof in nearest LIC office in BURLA dist-SAMBALPUR (ORISSA) but till this date we have not received anything and we also are greately pained to learn the nothing is done.except assurances from the lic officials in BURLA.after death the financial condition is really a matter of concern for us as we are entirely dependent Govt pension and any financial and economical source may be a great help for us.1year is about to pass but still we have not received or know what the status of our problem is. My policy nos was 591260456 and 590506052 kindly take immediate steps to restore this.
