I have instructed CITIBANK to pay the premium amount for my policy no.711354858 through VISA BILL PAY and they have been doing this regularly for the last 2 years. 10 days back, I have received one SMS from CITIBANK informing that they have not received bill from LIC in June'09 and hence they will not be able to pay the premium for June'09. I shall be thankful if you could immediately send the bill to CITIBANK without fail to enable them make the payment. In this connection, I spoke to your Customer Care person and he advised me to send a msg. to you. I hope you will take immediate action and ensure that this will not happen in future. Hope you will do the needful. As soon as you receive the intimation to Citibank, they will make the payment immediately. Your immediate & prompt action will highly be appreciated.
