Non pement of lic premium by agent no.05082562

I had taken the subject policy no.554950867 through agent no.05082562 in the year 2006. I have been paying my premium to the agent regularly. I insisted my agent to give me the recipet of payment of premium towards my policy but he avoided the same on the pretext that it is lying with me you can take it any time. On inqury from your office at puspvihar, new delhi, it came to my notice that the agent has not made the payment for the year 2007 and 2008.

you are requested to kindly advice as what action can be initiated against the agent to made him to pay the pending premium which i have been paying him regularly.
