Non-receipt of Agency commission against policy No. 150936987 - REMINDER-2

Hi,

I have done a policy no. 150936987 in year 2001 but till date I havn't recd any commission against this policy. Earlier for said policy the agent code was found wrong (00778838 instead of 00778338) which has been corrected now after my complaint no.-152635.

Kindly provide me all the due commissions wef from 2001 against given policy number and provide the proof of all payments in my AC.
