PAYMENT OF INSTALMENT PREMIUM

Dear Sir,

I have been transferred from Jabalpur to Nasik w.e f 24 Feb 09. Instalment premium of Rs 419/- per month was paid through my regular monthly salary by my office i.e through salary mode. Since I have been transferred from Jabalpur to Nasik, my office does not have such facility of deducting monthly instalment from my regular salary. I have approached to LIC Office at Nasik to pay monthly instalment but they declined to take payment through cash from me. Since then, I could not pay monthly instalment w.e.f Mar 09. You are, therefore, requested to change my payment mode through salary to normal mode to enable me to make pay monthly instalment regularly & expediously. Expecting a reply from you soon.
