Online payment problem

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I had paid the premium online for this year of the policy number 252682334 which is in the name of Arun kumar Chaudhary. This policy was added in the licindia.com portal in the name of Rampukar Prasad and premium was paid by his account only. My bank account has been debited. But no online receipt for the payment of the premium was generated. The transaction details from my bank account:
