Payment not gone to LIC a/c

Dear sir,

As i have done a payment from citi cerdit card in the month of March the date i am not remember to the LIC polcy no 344707671 through on line payment rf no.3746441 card no.5546 3796 0121 4016.

Amount paid by card was 842/- but they have not recived the amount yet, so sir pls solve this problem as soon as posible.
