I am paying my nephew's lic quarterly premium of Rs.492/- against LIC Policy no.880 289 889 through my Citi Bank Credit card. The last quarter premium due on 19 01 2009 has been paid twice on 31 12 2008 through my Citi Card and on 19 01 2009 through my ICICI Bank SB A/C no.015101003140.
Kindly arrange to refund the amount or adjust the amount against premium due on 19 04 2009 under intimation to me.
The receipt of double payment by LIC has been confirmed through LIC IVRS service please.
