Not received the pention

This is to bring to your kind notice that I have received the monthly pension amount till May. From June i have not received which was due on 5th June. The amount was due to credit to SB account in Corporation Bank, Kuvempunagar, Mysore.

Please rectify the above inconvenience and credit the amount to the SB A/c number 64 corporation bank, Kuvempunagar, Mysore. Hope we get it as early as possible.
