I wish to draw your kind attention to the sufferings of a common man.

I could not understand as to why, Death claim against POLICY No.260314429 issued in the name of late SWAMI DAYAL KATIYAR is still due for settlement.which should havebeen settled soon after the submitting claimform (After Completion of policy/DEATH).
