4 Ultra Slim Watches
Discrepancy in the 4 Ultra Slim Watches (Wrong product delivered)

I saw an advertisement in Times of India & booked the following product & couriered the cheque in favour of Times Internet Limited. They delivered a wrong product & i have sent them several emails, but reply.

I have also tried there customer care number :- 09998308888//09876848888, but i have been put on hold for a long time but no outcome.

I am providing the address where i have couriered the cheque:-

I have booked 4 Ultra Slim Watches which includes (Designer Watch Formal Leather Watch

Bike Watch Dual Watch ) & Free Maxwell Cell.

My booking Reference No:- 122129004090914.

Order No:- 111830.

The booking was rechecked by Manisha at your end and the payment was made by cheque.

After that the delivery was delayed & a complain was launched.

Complain No:- 1259600. Then i found that there is a discrepancy in the product that has been delivered.

The product that has been delivered is different to what i have ordered.

Now tell me what am i suppose to do, i think i have got badly stuck up.
