Unauthorized charges

Hi...

As i got my net connection... there been a problem of charges... last time i.e in the mounth of august i had got 1801 mb as chargeble unit... which was acceptable since i used it for month... but where as september my usage is already 2000 something... where today is 9th september... and i dnt used net for 2 days... for 7 days have charged 2000 mb of usage... i guess somethin is wrong with my broadband...

last few days my portal id & password was like gettin invalid... and it opened yesterday and it has charged 2000 somethin... for 6 days is highly not acceptable... where i have not uploaded much nor... i have not used net as much as previous month... please check out if some hackin or somethin is wrong or problem with my net...
