Not relasing my father's LIC cheque

Dear Sir,

My father has taken a Life Insurance policy no is 122617599, four year back & due to some financial problem he had deposited the policy on 27th Feb in New Friends colocy Brach, No 312.they told me that you will be reciving the cheque after 15 days. After 15 days i have visited the branch and met with MR Ahsok Raina Manager of the Branch and told him my problem he said we required your father bank statement bcz wanted to chk the last premium, i have given that also he said you can collect your disscounted chk between 2 to 3 days and give me a call before coming... and now it has been allready 2 montha i have not recived my policy check. Now your persons are saying that your father's file is missplaced. So kindly do the needfull. Bcz i am very dissappointed with your company and your employe all are irresposible.
