Dear Sir,

I'm Chandrasekar from coimbatore. I was purchased a Tommy Hilfiger from your shop on 27.3.2012. But Lastweek it was broken the wrist chain so, i went your shop for repair, at that time Mr. Vinay -Incharge of Watch section behaved like third grade. I never expect from your shop. He said that we are selling more than 5 lakhs worth Watches here, so your bought just 9000 worth watch, we'l send this watch to service center and come back after 10 days. I asked to him this is a minor issue will it take 10 days? he said otherwise you can take legal action on me .. i dont care about it. I mostly disappointed and feel shame at that time. So DONT BUY ANY WARRANTY ITEMS FROM LIFE STYLE...
