Lifestyle koramangala OASIS mall
Product payed for is not delivered

I have purchased a set of items including clothes from lifestyle in OASIS mall koramangala in Bangalore which included a belt worth about 700Rs. However since the mall seals all the items in packs before taking out through security, the belt was not placed, probably because it was taken along with the clothes for extension.

I was asked to come for 3 days to collect the belt but, finally I was not given what I have payed for. They even mentioned that they will check the security cameras if they delivered item, just to discourage customers. I am waiting from them even after couple of weeks.

I am furious as, it is not about the cost of the belt but about how they treat customers as if what I am entitled to is of lesser importance. I would like to know what action can be taken by me in this situation
