Debit card fraud

On 12th Feb i went to Lifestyle-(R-citymall Ghatcoper, Mumbai) to buy a shoe. There It was of Rs 404 after discount. I gave my ICICI debit card at counter. He swiped it for the first time, did something, and then swiped it again. He gave me one slip on which i signed and kept one with me.

later when i saw my ICICI Bank statement, i came to know about this.

Description of first swipe statement is below:

IPS/LIFE STYLE 0212172307/0 DR INR 404.00

Description of second swipe statement is below:

MPS/INTERNATION0212062336/0 DR INR 404.00

can you please guide me what can be done now.
