This is to inform you that I am a customer of vodaphone. My number is 9674270567. The number was disconnected without prior confirmation. After disconnection I had a message that sim service cancelled due to verification. My question is that why the provider disconnect the line without any information in the form of SMS or Phone Call? If your franchise did not submit my documents to the company, then what I will do? This is not my faults. So why should I suffer?
