No received the payment recipt of second instalment2008

I paid Rs 25, 000=00 second installment payment from Corporation bank cheque toICICI Prudential through the Agent Mr Sudheer Kumar, udupi. He told me that I will get the receipt. I need this receipt for my Incom tax purpose. Till now I have not received the receipt. This is not a complaint. Please do the needful.
