BNC facility not activated though registered

My mobil no is 9840240458 and I have registered for Do not Call facility with reg no s1005828247 on 18th Aug. I was told that all promotional calls/sms will stop within 45 days from 18.8.2008. As I contiuned to get calls/sms i contacted 121 and was informed that DNC facility has not been registered for my number. The complaint no is 101302264500 dated 13.10.2008 Will you please look into this problem and stop the nuisance.
