Illegal and unauthorised deductions

Dear sir,

I am the consumer of pre-paid life time mobile connection No. 9897203818.

Upon this Mobile Rs. 5-00 are being duducted daily since 21st. Sept. for some unauthorised services which in case were activated due to any mistake, then have been deactivated as per customer care report on 22-09.

Few money upon serious complaint was refunded on 24-09, but the debit of Rs. 5-00 is still being made daily. Upon Complaint for refund of the same from other mobile, one Mr. Shiv Raj of your customer care had refused to refund the money deducted illegaly.

The customer care is also not picking up the phone rather there is no ring upon the customer care number from the above mobile No. 9897203818.

In case the services have not been deactivated then why the amount debited was again credited and in case it has been decativayed then why the amount is being debited.

You are hereby called upon to ensure that no such deduction is made in future except with my written consent and all the disturbing call / services be barred immediately. In case the amount is not refunded and is further dedcted I shall be left with no alternate but to approach TRI for refund of unrefunded and illegally deducted money with compensation amount for my harrassment
