Life time super
Non receive of premium receipt

Dear Sir,

I Have paid premium @20000/- for my Life Time Super Policy No.05921720 on 13-08-09. The receipt of the same is not received by me till date. However, a SMS was sent on 14-08-09 to my Mobile No. 9339609594 that company has received that money.

Please send me the receipt copy of same.
