Encashing of units

We have 200 units of master gain on our mother and father name . our father has expired in 1996 .our mother's name is first in units. I am trying to contact uti several times from last 4 years but they are not responding the mails. Please let me know the procedure of enmeshment of the units and when my mother can en cash them.our units folio no. is n4087148
