Not Recieved my PF Amount

Sir,

I was working with M/s Lilac Medicare (P) Ltd for the period 10.06.2006 to 30.06.2008. On resigning from there, applied for withdrawal of my provident fund money. Now after passing of nearly 4 Month, I have not yet to receive my money. The number allotted to the company is Code No. MH/43857/327.My withdrawl Ref no is-80301143, 80301144 dated 02.04.2009

You are requested to look into the matter and arrange for clearance of my dues from department at the earliest.
