Over charge

Dear sir,

0n 11 april i went on business tour in nandurbar (maharahstra) city .i went to a shop which name is shalimar ice cream and cold drink which located at opposite bus stand .i took limca 200 ml when just sip one i got something strange taste i complain to shopkeeper he told me that the new limca flavor has been changed . when i asked how much this bottled cost he asked 10 rupees . when i told that it mrp is 8 rupees then how can charge 10 rupees, but he did not listen any more and took 10 rupees .i asked for bill he gave 10 rupees bill too. bill printed shopkeeper mobile number 9226710651 also.

my question is that first i suspect the shopkeeper got fake limaca bottled .second that he charged 10 against the 8 rupees.

what should i do now
