EXCESS FARE THAN RATE CHART

Dear Sirs,

In relation to RTO issued a rate chart vide notification no 2466 WT/3M/47 dated 16.07.09, to the bussess running from shalimar railway station to Beliaghata / salt lake. There lies the charge of Rs 8 from Bus stoppage B.E.College to Azad Hind College. Where as a person is travelling from 3 no railway gate to lindsay street which lies between the said stoppage. Since the fare is paid from the stoppage once is getting till he gets down.

Here they are charging from the place he gets in and after he gets out for example Rs 8 is for the stoppage from A to E and a person is using the service from B to D, so he should be charged for B to D then that of A to E.

After explaning the said to the bus conductor, they keep on using rustics languages and also takes more fare for the last 3 months.

Hence I request you to kind help on above context, as i am not finding the right path to approach.
