Dear Sir

I had order for product no 5 in 1 air launch.

The product I received from you was defected by order no 183860

Then I returned the unit back by speed post on 8/11 for replacement as instructed by your people and after waiting for 5 months I received the product on 05/04.but still the piece was not new it was a repaired one and is very badly repaired from four place and is still it is leaking. We are not getting any support from your team.

Please do the needful ASAP

Or else we will be forced to go to consumer court against you.
