Service not given after receiving payment

Dear Concern,

Few week back i received a mail for SMS Services for Little Box Softech Pvt ltd stating very good sms service and start getting phone calls from the company.

On their words i made a payment of 30000 Rs. and once they received the payment they stopped picking up the phone calls and did not provided the services for that.

After my repeated calls made to the company no body responded. Once talked also they started abusing and told "Complaint where ever you want, we will see what to do and don't call again" and abused like anything.

Kindly do the needful, this is very disappointing.
