Asking of undue money

I would like to keep this confidential as it is going to reflect my daughters future. I trust you for this. My daughter is studying in u.k.g in little lambs nursery school. The fees initially was told 19000 and we were informed that we dont have to pay for anything else after this. This included stationery and every thing. But in the middle of the year fees was raised by 1000.parents diagreed but to no use.then more 1000 was asked for the field trip. Then in between also for various functions money was asked.

brunch was forcibly applied for which 500/month was charged. My daughter had food poisoning (2 times). In brunch no nutitious food was given.most of the time wada pav, dal chaval, pav bhaji was given etc. Know unknowingly she has asked for 1500 for summer camp in which she is going to teach a 5-6 yr old child to cook, dance, music etc. Also she does not give anything in writing not even receipt of fees. Only orally she asks for money and we have to pay. I am thinking of how to fix this problem can you also suggest.
