Non-receipt of email confirmation of myorde

On 18.7. Mr. Ranjan Kumar from Living India Media Ltd. called me and told your name has been shortilsted for Gold Box (Jwellery Voucher) as in past you have made purchase from Living India Media Ltd. He told me it will effective only if I purchase one of the three items being offered. My Tansaction ID is 880136360 and 880136363 for Rs.14998/- and Rs.1495/- respectively paid thro ICICI Bank Credit Credi. He told me "SOON A MAIL will be sent to me". Unfortunately my moble got switched off and all the call registers got deleted. Till date, I have not received any mail cofirming the despach of items booked (MOBILE) and Gold Box (Jwellery Voucher). I don't know how to contact them.
