Overcharged my card!

I got a call on 9th Jul 09 that I have won a prize and I will be charged Rs 599/- for sending the gift. I gave my card no and to my surprise they people charged 7598/- These people r fraud. Although I have blocked my card and pursuing to get the refund from HSBC as I have reported the my card misuse.
