Order not received

Dear Manager,

This is Rahul Prasad from Mumbai, On 2nd August (Sunday) I had received a call from Living Media. I had been offered a Trip to anywhere in India with 3 persons where Living Media offered Return trip flight tickets for 3 persons Lodging for 3 days and 2 Nights Lunch and Dinner. And the excecutive asked pay Rs. 2598/- by your IVR system. I had been told that an email will be sent to me with confirmation. And another email will be sent with Login information.

Unfortunately, I had reffered my friend Mr. Neeraj to avail this offer and he also paid the same amount using the same credit card (in my name RAHUL PRASAD).

Till today both of us have not received any information on email. Request you to look into it. If it is related to any cheat then I will have to lodge a complain in Cyber Crime branch.

Rahul_25apr@hotmail.com is my email id registered with Living Media. I tried calling on the customer care number but unfortunately nobody received call on 011-40502424.

Please revert without delay else I will have to take necessary action,
