I have paid over phone Rs. 2598 through credit card for Two pair of rebook shoes to and fro air tkt DVD sets. It was on 31st Jan. Till today I have not received material. When I call customer care, as per them they do nto have my record. My Order no is ORA 086159371 and Booking ID is 110001320.
