Misguiding customers

Dear sir,

you are unncessarily sending parcels by vpp. before sending parcels u must inform the contents of the parcels. it is not at all good to send anything by vpp . i have lost about rs4000/ by receiving your parcels. you are also misguiding the customers informing them about free gifts.
