Dear Sir,
I received a set of 3 DVDs of Encyclopedia Britannica by VPP about a month back which contained a concise encyclopedia, quiz master, and a guide to Shakespeare, out of which the latter two are defective and I am unable to install them. So I request you to kindly replace them absolutely free of cost. Upon receipt of your reply I will send the defective DVDs by post if you desire so.
