the below mentioned c.d's are ordered by me and i got them in bad condition. i have submitted a complaint against it and i got a response from you to send back them to get replacement. i have got the c.d's in good condition but unfortunately thy are not working.both the c.d's which i got replacement were not working.i was not satisfied by your service and i want an immediate response for it. i want replacement of the two c.d's which are not working.here are the details of the c.d's:
