I’d booked a on line order for shoe and other acciserious vide the membership number ITBC09839828 and order booking id MITBC-WEB-01917999, but they deliver a wrong product, due to that i return the same on the same day through the courier and its received in their office on 4th feb.09.

After the continues follow-up over phone and by e-mail till date this matter is pending.

Please do the needful ASAP.
