I purchased one Cutlery set for a sum of Rs. 999/-. The company promises round trip air ticket on purchase of this cutlery set. After making payment, in the invoice it is mentioned that you can claim you free gifts by logging on to www.bookstoday.in/proms.htm within 60 days of invoce date. I have attempted to log on to the given site but it does not open. I made a complain on net and in writing to the company. I received a mail that for my gift the site now is open but actually it is not so.
