I have ordered for 12pack encyclopaedia cd with offer package of one way air ticket to any of the approved hotels and an amount of Rs3198 has been deducted on 28.09.09 on my credit card but so far nothing has been delivered by Living Media India Limited. I am sensing a case of cheating. Seeking your guidance to go ahead.
