Phone re-boot, poor video cam picture quality, phone hanging

Dear sir,

This is regarding to the previous mail I am not getting any kind of response your & nokia care. I kept my mobile around 68 days which is the significant time of your warrenty period so in that time I chould not able to use my phone & I lost 68 days from my phone warrenty.

This very straing to say that you chould not able to fullfill your commitment and directly going to cheat customer.

Many time (at 4 times) my phone has been repaired which automaticaly reduce the performance of the phone as wel as resale value.

So It is requested to you that you will swap the mobile with new one because I have spend lot of money & time regarding same.
