Non-delivery of magazine after orde

I was sent a subscription form for subscribing to Scientific American Magazine and I was supposed to get a telescope as a free gift for a 3 year subscription. The amount for subscription was deducted from my credit card on 19/03, but more than 8 weeks after, I have neither received the magazine, nor the promised free gift. No communication has been received from the Co. to acknowledge deduction of subscription amount from my credit card, but the credit card statement clearly shows the deduction.
